By creating an account on Jain Vivah, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Jain Vivah is meant only for members of the Jain community, or those registering a profile on behalf of a Jain family member or relative for the purpose of marriage. The minimum age to register a profile is 18 years for women and 21 years for men, in line with Indian marriage law.
Each individual may be represented by only one profile on the platform. Duplicate or multiple profiles for the same person are not allowed and may be removed without notice.
All photos uploaded must be genuine, recent photos of the person the profile represents. Fake photos, stock images, or photos of any other person are strictly not allowed.
Contact numbers shared through the platform, whether your own or another member's, must only be used for the purpose of a marriage introduction. Misuse — including spam, harassment, unsolicited marketing, or sharing another member's number with third parties — is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms, provides false information, or misuses the platform or another member's information in any way, without prior notice.
Jain Vivah is an introduction platform. We do not verify the identity, background, income, education, family details, or any other claims made in a profile. We strongly encourage every member to independently verify all details to their own satisfaction before proceeding with any match, including meeting in person and involving family as appropriate.
We do not guarantee that you will find a match, nor are we responsible for the conduct, character, or intentions of any member you interact with through the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
